Robert Morson Hughes 1873-1953

Primarly a landscape painter, in oil, Hughes married the painter Eleanor Waymouth (Hughes). He attended Lambeth School of Art and the South London Technical Art School. Exhibited RA, IS, ROI, Goupil Gallery and NEAC. Leeds City Art Gallery holds his work. Lived finally at St Buryon, Cornwall.
